Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver orders across Australia and the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping on all orders is completely free, regardless of your order total or location within Australia & United States.
How long does delivery take?
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order is usually processed within 3 business days, and delivery takes 4–11 business days, depending on your location.
On average, our customers receive their orders within a week.

You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or any major debit or credit card.
You don’t need a PayPal balance to complete your purchase.
How can I return a product?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

- You’ll receive step-by-step return instructions
Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for your original purchase.
Can I exchange a product?

What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
